Itinerary
 
Day-1:
ARRIVE TRIVANDRUM
House Boat Tour begins with your arrival at Trivandrum Airport. You will be received by our tour representative and transferred to your hotel. As most international arrivals are late in the evening and night this day has been left free to rest and recoup your energy before you start on your House Boat Tour.
 
Day- 2:
TRIVANDRUM
  After breakfast depart for a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum visiting The ancient temple of Sri Padmanabhaswamy is one of the major attractions in the city of Thiruvananthapuram. Napier Museum was built in 1880 and shows a harmonious blending of Kerala, Mughal, Chinese and Italian architectural styles. Sri Chitra Art Gallery has a good collection Tanjore, Mughal, and Rajput schools of art. The Zoo in Thiruvananthapuram has many shady and delightful walks.Later visit Kovalam beach (16 kms). Back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day-3:
TRIVANDRUM - KOLLAM (72 KMS / 1 AND ½ HOUR DRIVE)
After breakfast proceed to Kollam. Kollam, the gateway to Kerala's beautiful backwater is blessed with plenty of unique features like- sea, lakes, plains, mountains, rivers, streams, backwaters, lush green fields and tropical crop of every variety both food crop and cash crop, so called 'The Gods Own Capital'. Upon arrival check in hotel. Later visitThevalli Palace- renowned palace situated on the banks of AshtamudiKayal backwater; Thenmala Deer Park- that houses Thenmala Rocks which are about 5000 year old.Thangasseri 5 Kms from Kollam that houses ruins of Portuguese and Dutch structures.Thirumullavaram Beach 6 kms north of Kollam, is a secluded beach beautiful for outing; Mayyand 10 kms south of Kollam and noted for its shrines and temples, most importantly the Subramanya temple at Umayanallor. Stay overnight at hotel in Kollam.
Day 4 :
KOLLAM - ALLEPPEY (47 KMS / 2 AND ½ HOURS BOAT CRUISE)
After breakfast leave for a boat cruise from Kollam to Alleppey, a journey of few hours cruise amidst the lush green canals will surely bring you near to nature.Overnight stay at houseboat in Alleppey.
Day 5 :
ALLEPPEY - KUMARAKOM (4 HOURS BOAT CRUISE APPROX)
After breakfast , boat cruise to Kumarakom through Punnamada Lake, spend the day on boat and have meals onboard while enjoy viewing the lush green surroundings.

Upon arrival atKumarakom stay overnight in houseboat.Kumarakom is a unique backwater destination on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Kumarakom bird sanctuary is home to migratory birds. Ideal place for bird watching.
 
Day 6:
KUMARAKOM - COCHIN (80 KMS / 1 AND ½ HOUR DRIVE)
After breakfast proceed to Cochin, the natural harbour city, Upon Arrival check in hotel and relax. Rest of the day at leisure or one can take sun set boat cruise at Marine drive

Overnight stay at the hotel.
 
Day 7 :
COCHIN SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast leave for full day sightseeing tour of Cochin City.Visit Mattancherry Palace or Dutch Palace , worth to see the interiors here that are decorated with murals from the Ramayana and lively displays of royal costumes and palanquins (closed on Friday); Jewish Synagogue or Mattancherry Synagogue- the copper plates in which grants of privilege made by Cochin rulers were recorded and similarly the exquisite Chinese hand-painted tiles, are of great interest (closed on Sunday),Sant Cruz Baslica Church at Fort Kochi- this Roman Catholic Church is worth to visit for beautiful paintings, Chinese Fishing Nets at Fort Kochi- lying in the sea-front these are said to be brought by traders of Kubalai Khan's Court from China and are effective for fishing at high tide
